No Bake Vegan Brownie Bars!

Who goes nuts about including cereals like ragi (foxtail millet) into their diets? 😝

Well, now that you can’t eat your fav junk outside, let’s make some healthy sinful junk at home. .

Serve cold or stash a scoop of vanilla on a hot bar!


P.S. : I made this at night, coz no sleep. You may make this when you’re on your ten minutes break from your #wfh schedule so that you can treat yourself after you call off work πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜ƒπŸŒΌ

😻 No Bake Vegan Brownie Bars:

Perfectly set!

Ingredients:
8 fresh dates
1 cup Nachni atta
0.5 cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp peanut butter
0.5 cup @sofitindia Soy Milk in chocolate flavour (you can use any vegan milk- plain or vanila flavor also)
50 gm Cacao Nibs (crushed)

Method:

Mix together all ingredients with your hands and top with some melted dark chocolate and crushed cacao nibs. Keep in fridge 1-1.5 hrs before serving! β˜ƒοΈπŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ’šπŸŒ±

Shelf life: 15 days in a jar, when refrigerated.

Cut into bars and store
